“jamie popped by and examined all the regular areas. he began in the kitchen, inquiring about any problems. even though my back was turned, his voice reminded me of a famous football player, not the same physique though. i have a knack for recognizing voices better than faces. i requested him to inspect the bathroom i normally use. he adjusted the water pressure and repositioned the water shut-off valve closer to the rear entryway. i assured him the crawl space was fine, as i usually inspect it when i hear unusual sounds. he signed me up for another year of their maintenance plan. you never can predict when water pressure might be too high or other minor issues, just like with a furnace. i joked with jamie, asking how he would like to inspect a football player's water system, promising a large tip and football game tickets, which he could pass on to ross.“

When I contacted Jr for an estimate he happened to be in the area and came by to check out our situation.
