Been here multiple times with my family and have found the staff friendly and the dr.s have a good bed side manner. Yes you may have to wait a bit, but all urgent cares are like that. Great location too.
I'm writing this as much as to provide positive feedback as to compare. I've been to NJ on travel out of my insurance/HMO coverage area. I've had several urgent care visits, two prior ones to different local Concentra clinics. This experience today was like night and day better. If you need to go to urgent care, I recommend this one. I paid upfront and will be reimbursed later. Fees are very direct and straightforward, and the process is simple and efficient. Thank you!
Stopped in today and saw Dr. Catie. What a great experience as far as that can go considering no one wants to have to goto the doc. Both Dr. Catie and the ladies who assisted me were wonderful. Great energy and in/out fast. TY Immediate Care!
