When I arrived, I wasn’t completely sure which copper tone would suit me best, so I showed them several inspiration photos. They were incredibly patient, took the time to walk through the options with me, and made sure we landed on the perfect color. Since this was such a major transformation, I really appreciated how careful and thorough they were throughout the process. They took their time with the lightening, tested the color on a strand first, and made adjustments before applying it to my entire head to ensure the result was exactly right.

Once we finalized the color, their attention to detail was amazing. The application was meticulous, and the end result exceeded my expectations.
