Maddy is BEYOND AMAZING!! I fly from Austin, TX just so she can tend to my hair! I absolutely love her and her work is IMPECCABLE!! She is detail oriented and I leave There feeling like a brand new elevated beautiful version of myself!! Her hands are magic!

I’ve been going here since forever!! Everyone is so sweet, kind, and they take care of their clients. Plus my highlights came out really nice and I can’t wait until I can just dye the whole head.P.S. Everyone should know when going to a salon or any salon for that matter patience is NECESSARY!! just remember some clients are one step ahead of you and there are possible chances of more than one client being booked during the same time. It’s called multitasking.LEARN IT! LIVE IT, LOVE IT!!

I called a day before for an appointment for 3 braids on left side. I was told to come by 9 am. I was the first one there but the shop wasn't opened until 9:15 am. I sat in my car and another customer came five minutes later so decided to stand outside with them.Once the shop was opened, we sat but the other customer was addressed first. Then another one was called. I waited for 35 mins before Maddie came and asked for my name. Her little boy is super cute!There is no concept of sorry and thank you for waiting. I am from Chicago and I believe our manners are better in Midwest.She finally started working on my braid around 9:55am. My time wasn't given much importance....read full review
