I found this gem of a hair salon on Yelp about two years ago and am very glad I did. Lina is wonderful and I have been getting haircuts from her since. The place is so clean, and has an intimate feel to it unlike the chain salons where it can get pretty noisy. Lina is the owner and the only hairdresser there so you will be the only client during your appointment. I like that privacy. She is an experienced hairdresser and absolutely knows what she is doing. The Location is good and the studio is very clean. Lina is very professional and makes sure you feel right at home. She makes sure she understands exactly the way you want your hair cut and if you ask her for her suggestions or professional opinion, she always finds a way to make the style of your hair that much better looking. She always offers you coffee or water also while your waiting or in the process of her her work on you. Wonderful experiences and that's why as long as I'm in NJ I'll keep coming back to her salon.

I love coming to Valentino's!....very personalized experience. Lina is excellent and up to date on all of the latest trends and styles, very attentive and accommodating. Her salon is a private, peaceful respite and never rushed. She treats each customer as if they were her only customer.
