I recently used them on a major side and backyard renovation which included lighting, stone paths, a fire pit, multiple new beds, sod, irrigation, tree removal, and a ton of new trees. The team knocked out all this work from design to delivery in under a month and did so at a price that I felt was fair and reflected to premium quality they delivered. “We had a main water line leaking in between our poured foundation wall and a sump pump pipe that was fractured by a communications line that was pumping water directly into the water shut off stand pipe area by the street. Joe at 1st Rate General Construction teamed up with their crew and the crew from Blue Boxer Plumbing dove right into the problems and after running into closely installed gas, electric, sump pump and communications lines along with some foul weather, both 1st Rate and Blue Boxer did an amazing job getting us back up and running not to mention giving our sump pump a well needed break.
