The grab bars and shower head were installed within 24 hours of speaking with Tim AND he took the time to patiently explain to me and my husband how to use everything safely. Tim even told me that the shower chair I bought that was still in the box will not fit in my bathroom due to the location of the toilet. He recommended options, which I am following. Recently I had a problem with our boiler and called Tim Sweeney for the name of the boiler company, so I could contact them for service. Tim not only provided the information promptly but he also emailed the company, copying me, asking them to respond quickly to me. Harker Heating and Cooling called quickly, had a service tech arrive promptly, and resolved the problem quickly. I really appreciate Tim's willingness to help me out even after the project had been completed.“
