The ER is modern and on Monday at 1300 hrs only 2 people in waiting. roomI was logged in in five minutes registered and on my way to my private room in 5 minutes. Very pleased with admitting. Nurses, doctors and those who transported me to the CAT scan room. CAT scans are open and very modern.. Most importantly, because of the VA electronic medical record they could compare my CAT scan images from 2010 and 2013 to the ones today in 2023. ,

Overall, this location is pretty good. The worse problem I had was with the billing department. It took almost 2 years to have a $3,000 bill removed from creditors that i was charged for my daughters birth. I deal with extreme anxiety and had panic attacks everytime i drove there to keep checking what was going on, because i cant get a home with bad credit. I had a bad anxiety attack when i called ahead and after taking the parkway and paying to get there and dealing with the parking, reached a sign at billing saying theyd be out for 2 hrs....nice. why did i still give 4 stars? I came in the er and got treated fast and the staff was very friendly. Idk why people are saying otherwise Only 4 stars though because the location was very little compared to the tx one.
