I honestly do not get the bad reviews. It's the best hair I ever purchased so far. the fullness from top to bottom is awesome. I have used the hair over and over again, this will be my 4th time re-using the hair, i washed it and it's shiny and looks new. I'm going to get a closure piece now and I hope it is true to form, but i love this place, my girl there is the best! so accomodating.
