I don’t have a problem with this location the people are pretty pleasant but I have been trying so long to get an appointment and my calls just keep getting hung up on I have left messages and still nothing smh

I’ve visited a planned parenthood in Hackensack, Paterson, Englewood and Montclair. Over the course of 15 years I have never felt uncomfortable speaking to a nurse or a medical assistant. That changed today. My medical assistant was extremely unprofessional. I honestly couldn’t believe it. And the doctor does not listen. She’s horrible! I had to go to the Hackensack location two days later. I will never visit this location again. I wish there was a way to report this location.

I called this facility personally, I did NOT go through an answering service I spoke with a live person here at this location. They made my appointment for 1:10 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and waited. I waited until 1:30 p.m. until I asked the receptionist if I should reschedule. The receptionist response was "you can rescheduled but it will not guarantee that they will move any faster."

I explained to her that my problem is that my appointment was for 1:10 p.m. and it is now 1:30 p.m. The receptionist tried to inform the process of the procedure. I explained to her that I am aware of the process which is why I made the appointment for the time...read full review
