They usually do a good job but this time around I wasn’t satisfied AT ALL with the job they did on my hair. I had an appointment yet they still had me wait AN HOUR past the time we had set and when they finally started my hair the stylist didn’t listen to any of the requests and I had to get my money back. They aren’t customer oriented, they just act nice the first couple times you go there
