“I've been coming to Nancy's for about 8 months. The shop is clean and organized and quiet and not chaotic or loud. I love the products she uses. They are not super inflated bougie products nor are they cheap silicone heavy products. They are a very good middle ground. Nancy is kind, gentle and she makes my curly 3b/3c hair so smooth and shiny. She gives me perfect layers that give me optimal movement. She cares about the health of the hair as well when doing a blowout and takes her time with the right temperatures. Did I also mention she doesn't burn ears or foreheads in the process? My hair is notoriously hard to lighten and always causes issues. She lifted my hair and gave me a beautiful copper color that turned heads. It is more expensive than other Dominican places, yes. But I'd still come here and pay more because of the peaceful experience and attention to detail from Nancy. I would have kept my review private but I wanted to give balance to some of the other negative reviews.“
