When I came into All Day Fitness, I had injuries I thought I would prevent me from working since other gyms limited me. I got stronger, people could see a difference within a week and I was only coming twice a week. The motivation you get is incredible. Your family here, it’s such a great place to be. ??

Every time I come to this gym I feel a sense of community. In the small group classes, Everyone is positive and encouraging to one another. The motivation helps. Coach Q is the lead motivator! He makes sure everyone knows the movements and holds you accountable for finishing the work. My personal favorite is the music - good music is always enough to push me to keep going. It’s a 10 for me!

I started personal training sessions at All Day Fitness with Coach Q over a month ago. As someone with chronic pain it was important for me to work with a professional who was patient, empathetic, and willing to push me to do my best - without “going too far”. I joined All Day Fitness after taking a 2 year break due to surgery and quarantine. The program offers a great variety with workouts changing daily. The owner and trainers are fantastic and foster an environment in which members are welcoming, helpful, and supportive. It can be difficult to get started and stay motivated on your own. If you are bored with exercising on your own, try personal training and/or group fitness classes!

BEST GYM EVER! I can't say enough about All Day Fitness. The staff is welcoming and the workouts are challenging yet rewarding. I've been going to other gyms for years before coming to All Day Fitness and I've seen more progress in my strength and endurance from this gym then anywhere else. In part, it's due to the trainers pushing you to be better. If you're looking to get stronger, faster and do it all with a staff that actually cares about their members, ALL DAY FITNESS IS YOUR GYM!

?TLDR? Joined for the abs but stayed for the amazing community. Abs are still loading.. I have been training at this gym for a little over a year now. After many failed starts (i blame the pandemic), I never thought I would one day become one of those people that exercise on a regular basis.Coach Q did the unimaginable, he turned me into someone who, dare I say, might even enjoy working out?! He was very patient with me when I was a newcomer and gradually encouraged me to push myself a little bit more every day.I have never felt stronger and more badass than I do now ??
