“Love the monthly membership. It makes scheduling and selecting services incredibly easy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of their employees can come across as rude. Most of the staff are fantastic, and the groomers are always kind, caring, and do an amazing job with our dog. Improving customer service would make the experience even better.”
