Stay Away, they used to be good groomers... but they raised their prices (higher than most), keep your dog caged up for long periods of time while they groom other dogs, during your appointment time! They charge if you miss an appointment because you are not well, even though they have cancelled your appointment the day of... due to illness. They also scheduled several appointments during weekends and then called back a few days later, to say they can't do it! Also, very dirty!
This pet groomer is located right underneath the pet hospital, one of the best I've been to, Cheryl was the main groomer who clean my dog. She was so friendly, helpful, and very professional.
Purchased pet food and my pet didn’t eat it. So much confusion at the register. I was told on the phone I would get my refund - needless to say I never got it! Won’t shop there again!
