“Months ago I needed a fast repair for our enterprise color printer. This printer is a workhorse and it is in almost constant use at our location. The smaller printers we also have took a bit of the workload, but we were falling behind and not having our main color printer working was hurting us badly and we just had to be fixed ASAP. This company sent out a technician who was very good. He really knows what he is doing with printers. He did need to go back to their office to get a couple parts. “This is the second time Sam Tan has saved a computer of mine. I first was introduced to him 6 years ago when a data recovery company I used referred me to him. I had spilled an entire bottle of water on my MacBook Pro keyboard and Sam was able to completely restore it, replace the battery and return it to me for a very reasonable fee. It is still working despite it being a 2014 laptop. My husband uses it as his backup computer.

Recently, our newer MacBook’s screen malfunctioned. I first took it to a verified Apple repair location and they quoted me half the cost of a new laptop. Then I remembered Sam.
