As a male I was apprehensive to sign up for an aerial yoga session..but after I went it was simply the best workout I’ve experienced in quite a while. The stretching of the entire body combined with the upper body workout was intense and left me feeling relaxed and calm. I’ve been a regular since. Allison and staff do a wonderful job of working with everyone.

Amazing experience! The studio is so cozy and inviting. I haven't done yoga in about 3 years but wanted to try Aerial Yoga. I feel amazing after the class. Allison (the instructor) was amazing for those of us who were new. Definitely take off all jewelry before class, I thought my watch you be fine but it definitely tripped me up. Will remember that for the next class! Can't wait to go back next week!!

Such a beautiful (and relaxing) studio with very talented teachers! My fist visit recently was for a Silks + Lyra workshop...A really fun and fulfilling experience! I’ll definitely be back!!
