What a relief it was to find Kat. Not only do I trust her solely with my eyebrows, but when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2024, she was the first person I told, even before anyone in my family. I wasn’t worried about losing my hair, but I was worried about losing my eyebrows. She said, “I got you.” And she did. Not only did I not have to worry about my eyebrows, but she regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. She is an amazing esthetician and an even more amazing human.”

“To be honest, my experience with the laser treatment itself has been very good, and the results are definitely noticeable. The spa is also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The Arab woman who performs the treatment is very professional and does an excellent job. For that reason, I would recommend the place for the laser treatment. However, there are several things regarding customer service and their policies that leave a lot to be desired. There have been many times when I’ve called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. On more than one occasion, I actually had to go to the spa in person just to schedule an appointment. They also have a cancellation policy that I find pretty strict. If you don’t cancel within the required time, they charge you $30, and if you don’t pay the fee, they deduct one of the treatment sessions that you have already paid for. Personally, I find this type of policy a little aggressive, especially considering how difficult it can sometimes be to reach them by phone. The friends who recommended this place to me had already warned me about the customer service, so I went in knowing what to expect. I think anyone considering this place should keep that in mind. As far as the laser treatment and the results, though, I have no complaints. It really does work, and that is the main reason I would still recommend the treatment.”

Her energy was amazing and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She ended the facial with the most relaxing shoulder and face massage. My lash lift looks incredible also. I can just leave the house without makeup or mascara. I live far away from this location but I would drive for Sabrina! Totally worth every penny. Thank you so much!”
