LOVE IT! Everything you need to live a healthy and happy life in one place. I love the yoga and Tai Chi classes, facials, massages, healing sessions, etc. all available with a kind and caring staff. I highly recommend. : )UPDATE: I just had the most wonderful facial from Irina. The best facial I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and professional. My skin is glowing and I feel nurtured. Thank you so much Irina! I am grateful.

Wet/dry sauna (infrared), heading center, ionized swimming pool, hot tub with air bubbles and friendly and attentive staff. Nothing more to ask for for this total experience to regenerate and rejuvenate your body and mind. I took Amy’s yoga class and it was in depth and engaging. She carefully corrected the posture and encouraged everybody.
