We’ve had an amazing experience at this karate school! My boys have gained so much confidence, focus, and pride in their skills, and even my two-year-old is making incredible progress at such a young age! I never expected him to pick things up so quickly, and it’s been such a joy to watch.

The environment is welcoming and supportive, and Chad is fantastic. He’s patient, kind, and really knows how to connect with the kids. He keeps classes fun while also teaching important lessons about respect, discipline, and focus.

Absolutely love this karate training center for their kids classes! My 4.5 yo daughter has always showed interest in sports and when gymnastics wasn't providing the stimulation after all day of school, we decided to try karate at USA Karate & Fitness in Clark, NJ. She absolutely LOVES the classes! Classes for her age group are offered at convenient hours, 3 days/week and there are always at least two instructors there to guide the students through the lessons each week so it's never a free-for-all; very structured and all the kids know the moves and are eager to listen and learn. My kids love it!! The coaches are patient and nice with them. They have learned so much about self defense and improved their self esteem. They also meet new friends in their classes.
