OMG Dr.Reddy was AMAZING. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN TWO MINUTES TO DIAGNOSE STREP THROAT. AND THEN THE NURSE CAME BACK IN THE ROOM AND SAID MY UNCLE WAS POSITIVE FOR STREP.

I needed X-rays of my foot at a very busy time of day, and Excel Urgent Care was able to see me in a timely manner. The staff and medical team were very friendly, I received excellent care.
Staff are awesome however even after booking my appointment I had to wait 1.5 hours. Additionally was disappointed in the cleanliness, no paper towels in bathroom, sink rusty, no hot water in bathroom, floors dirty just very unkempt. I’ve been using this Urgent Care for 30 years but I will start going to another if I need on weekend.
