Excellent customer service. The eye exam was very thorough and the optometrist was fantastic with the information she provided and answering any questions that I had. The staff was very helpful in selecting frames for my new glassesand getting the order completed. I would highly recommend This store and there optometrist services for anyone looking for new glasses or contacts.

Staff was welcoming and helpful but most importantly was the assistance that Dr. Liza provided for me. Dr. Liza was very comforting to me for my right eye problem that a walk in clinic had me very concerned about as they said I needed to go to an emergency room. She took her time with her examination and assured me there was no need for an emergency but I did have a cataract that did need immediate attention. She was able to get me the information needed to schedule an appointment with the appropriate care. She also gave me information for some eye drops which has been of great help.Thank You Dr. Liza

We had had difficulty finding glasses that fit our 9 year old son appropriately. His face is too big for kids frames but not quite large enough for adult sizes. He was getting very discouraged and frustrated with the whole shopping experience until we walked into Warby Parker. We were greeted immediately by friendly employees who jumped into action as soon as we explained the situation. They found him his perfect pairs that made him feel confident and happy. The entire process was joyful compared to the other major retailers we had already visited. Cannot recommend enough! Such a wonderful experience!
