I rarely rate anything online and felt this was worth doing after a recent visit. While visiting from out of town I had a very unfortunate issue with two sets of contacts on a weekend right before a wedding. I called around to several opticians including LensCrafters, Costco, and other Walmarts in the area and none were very helpful or sympathetic. The staff member in Cherry Hill was very understanding. He went out of his way to check in his stock for a set of trial lenses and found some that would be a good temporary substitute. Took my daughter to vision works for her versus I exam. The eye doctor there was very rude and basically yelled at me in front of my daughter and told me that I was a careless mother because I didn’t take my daughter to the eye doctors sooner. My daughter just recently turned five years old. Told a few people and they said normally you don’t find out if your child has vision problems until they start school. My daughter is not in kindergarten yet. I took her to the eye doctors just on a gut feeling and turns out she didn’t need glasses. We were very excited and got our glasses.
