Caitlin made my hair change wonderful, it was few months ago, I wasn’t able to figure out the result was good enough just right after haircut done since hair styling had started before I check it. So apologies for that I couldn’t tipping in at the counter (I tipped in via online afterwards)!

And after I took a shower, I was amazed and I felt so happy with it!!

I really appreciate that you didn’t refuse me because my Asian hair is thick and stubborn, I know that it’s very different from other’s, this was my first time trying non-Asian owned hair salon in my life, so I was nervous but you were really nice and your smile made me comfortable?“

“I love coming to get my hair done. I've been seeing Krista for years and before that was bouncing around from place to place really unhappy with my hair.

The atmosphere is always welcoming at the artists loft, everyone who works there is really sweet and you don't feel like they're making fun of you (if you're paranoid and have social anxiety this place is for YOU). I even called the other week because I had no idea what I needed to get done and over the phone the girl was so nice to me and very knowledgeable.

The girls are all perfectionists, so when you go there you know they are doing their best to give you your vision. I love that they are also VERY honest. If you have a look in mind but they would need multiple appointments to achieve it, they tell you right off the bat, no guessing.

“Camille is very accommodating and knowledgeable when it comes to bleach blonde and thick, unruly, hair. She is patient, listens to what your needs and desires are, and truly wants you to be happy and excited when you leave her chair all this with a beautiful smile. It is very difficult to get my hair the right color, with a great blow dry and curl that lasts and lasts but she nails it every time! I highly recommend her! The owner Kim is awesome and very welcoming as well as the staff. Just a great vibe all around. You won’t be disappointed.“

I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. It's so lovely to see that level of faith in humanity in today's world.“

“I recently went to Olga for a hair cut and she was so wonderful. She took her time and really wanted to understand what I was looking for.
I was pleased with my experience so I went back for a partial highlight with Grace.
She also exceeded my expectations and was so caring of my color goals. She brought out swatches and explained to me different things about coloring new hair growth that was helpful. She also extended the offer to come back if I wasn’t happy with anything within a week. I really appreciate that she cared and truly wanted me to be happy with the results of my color!!! Highly recommend! Also, reasonably priced and a great atmosphere.“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
