Instead of upselling me, she exclaimed, "Oh! Your lashes are great! We'll just do a lift and tint - and that will be better because you'll be in a humid tropical environment in the water all day every day". This kind, honest person saved me $150+ in cost, and was thoroughly sure I will not look like a demon troll on vacation in every photo. In our session, she did a fantastic job talking me through the process to ensure I understood what the steps were and how things were going to go/feel.
