“I didn't realize this place was cash only and didn't have a debit card to use with their ATM until a couple minutes after we got started. I could have easily run to the bank and returned before we really got into the service, they said I could go to the bank after and completed my 2 hour service then trusted me to go to the bank and come back. The whole experience felt professional yet very personal. I was so happy with the results that I’ve already booked my next appointment, and I’m looking forward to going back!“

“Laurel was great! I hadn't had a facial in over five years, and I was not happy with the condition of my skin. I explained that I have a very minimal self care routine. I did not have to guess and select a particular facial beforehand. Laurel examined my skin, asked me a few questions and then gave me a custom facial to meet my needs. She answered my questions as she was giving me the facial and suggested some types of products for me to use at home. I appreciated that she did not try to upsell me services nor sell products to me.

She works on her own, so does not have to follow set procedures like they do in the chain places.

It's almost a week later and my skin feels and looks much better! I will definitely be going back to Laurel. And will not wait as long to get my next facial.“
