I had such a great experience! Monica did my full bikini wax and she was absolutely amazing—so professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She explained everything clearly and her technique was great, which made the whole process smooth and easy. On top of that, we had really nice conversations that made the appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable.
