I absolutely love this place and it is my new go to spot always! I work with Keifer every time and she’s the best! She not only does a great job taking care of me, being gentle and working well with the sugar wax but she is also fun to be around! The time flies because she is so kind, fun and great to chat with! Definitely come here!
I’ve gone here a number of times and have good experiences, but today I had Vanessa and she was amazing. She’s so friendly and it was a nearly pain-free experience. The place in general is also very clean and nicely designed.
I am a big fan of Sugaring NYC, since I prefer using a more natural sugaring approach than waxing. Although I’m a regular customer, this was my first time at the Millburn location. Firstly, they did an excellent job accommodating for my slight appointment schedule change. I arrived on time and Keifer was all ready for me. She did an excellent job sugaring and even checked to see if I was missing any patches. She really tidied all the areas up so my skin is nice and smooth! She even gave me recommendations of products to help tame ingrown hairs for parts of the body where I choose to shave.
