Broken screen.
Submitted a ticket on Samsung website and they created a repair ticket order, had my ship my tablet without the charger and s pen and micro SD card to them. TTS received my tablet and took about a week. I look at my repair invoice and it said they replaced the screen with a factory one and replaced the usc c charging port. Gave my s9 tablet another 5 years of life. These screens are really expensive so this time gonna be extra careful. Fyi my screen still broke with the tempered glass on it and case, I stepped on the screen and it cracked, definitely user fault. But recommend you guys get a rugged case and tempered glass.
