“Kelsey did a great job. I have had issues with the Hinges on Samsung Flex Books and have needed the repaired previously. Called Samsung and they set up service thru Total Tech. The follow thru and repair was GREAT. Why I say this, the display has to be replaced when the hinge breaks, the display was backordered multi times to Total Tech and Total Tech was diligent in getting the display so the Flex-Book could be repaired. The repair was perfect and once repaired immediately sent back to me. Thanks to Kelsy and Jonathan for making this repair go as smoothly as possible. Would use Total Tech again! :-)“
