Kelsey is a life saver. I sent my laptop in for a new screen and a fan repair, however, his team went out of his way to make sure my laptop was good as new. New microphone, repaired my fps (software issue), and kept me informed along the way. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
My experience with the repair process was excellent. I wasn't happy that my laptop had issues but when I called the repair line Kelsey listened and understood the issue, got approval for the repair, communicated that back to me, and then followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Really appreciate that level of customer service.
