Sent them my laptop. It wasn't holding a charge. They put in a new battery and an audio board. 3 weeks later it's broken again, same issue. They want me to send it back and if it's unrepairable then maybe I'll get a refund. So what, I chance them repairing it AGAIN and MAYBE getting it right the 2nd time just to be out of a work laptop for another couple weeks? I don't think so. Eating the cost on this one and never working with Samsung again.

I think the employees here really don't care about customer, they just make company happy. My Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 screen was cracked without any impact and it was straight line cleavage, surely a product defect that appeared later. But they didn't listen to me and said it's physical damage. I didn't agree as it was not my fault and got my device back without repair. They initially told me about 4 days return but it took two weeks to return and wasted a lot of my time without any good thing happened.

I sent in a laptop with clear pictures and description of the issue, they waisted 15 days of my time to respond with "no issue found". If you guys aren't even going to look at the device, then don't bother asking me to ship it.Decided to just completely dispute my transaction and get apple instead. Samsung should reconsider this place, because it is actually the same as your local trash center.
