Kelsey did a great job. I have had issues with the Hinges on Samsung Flex Books and have needed the repaired previously. Called Samsung and they set up service thru Total Tech. The follow thru and repair was GREAT. Why I say this, the display has to be replaced when the hinge breaks, the display was backordered multi times to Total Tech and Total Tech was diligent in getting the display so the Flex-Book could be repaired. The repair was perfect and once repaired immediately sent back to me. Thanks to Kelsy and Jonathan for making this repair go as smoothly as possible. Would use Total Tech again! :-)
I am so impressed by the service Kelsey provided, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had an exhausting and very upsetting experience with Samsung, as they are not honoring a repair they promised after it was approved. My laptop was already in the hands of Total Tech, and I felt completely stuck and in tears over the estimated costs to get my laptop back. Kelsey, upon hearing my situation and seeing the documentation I had, went above and beyond going to his team and ultimately Samsung to fight on my behalf, and getting my repair covered! For some unknown reason, my Samsung Galaxy Pro laptop computer's microphone stopped working. It may have been caused by a Windows update or my installing some other programs. After 4 unsuccessful support calls directly to Samsung they referred me to Total Tech Solutions. John patiently provided me excellent support. He systematically guided me to try many different things to identify the cause and to resolve my problem. We finally identified the cause being a Sound configuration setting in Windows Control Panel. Many thanks to Total Tech Solutions for providing with outstanding technical support today!
