“I have lived in Jersey for 10 years now and have struggled to find someone who actually cared about giving me the haircut and color I wanted. When I booked my appointment with Katie it was out of desperation after another failed cut and color a year prior. I brought him some pictures but had little hope it would help. Katie spent a good 20 mins talking everything over with me. She really wanted to make sure she understood what I liked about each photo and what I didnt. Other hairdressers I found listen for 5 mins and then make up their mind and you just have to hope they heard you. It was so refreshing to have someone repeating back to me what they thought I wanted and making adjustments as necessary. I cut off a lot of hair and was pleased when Katie told me it could be donated. My hair looks amazing, she did a great job of giving me highlights that look lived in and making sure when I pull my hair up you can't see the streaks.(this has always bothered me in the past) I'm actually excited to go back because I was treated as an individual and I truly believed she wants everyone to love their hair and be happy. She used an ashier Robert but assured me if I don't live it after a week she will retone it for me. How is that for customer service. I'm super happy but it's a great feeling to have finally found a hairstylist I love.“

“I was treated with enthusiastic kindness from the moment I walked in to Refresh. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Greg met me at the front desk and introduced himself then I was taken to the room and made comfortable.

Greg explained the different types of injections to me, what each one was for and how it was best used. He spent a good half hour making sure I understood every option available and the effects of each. I never felt rushed or pushed into a procedure I wasn’t comfortable with. This was not my first time with injections, but they did not assume anything and gave me lots of different options. I felt in control of my treatment the whole time.

I had a specific concern about some filler that was done poorly by another spa and asked his opinion. He was very honest about options, landing on one that made him no money at all- that I should wait for it to dissolve on its own and not try to fix it in case the “fix” made it worse. He also referred me to a surgeon in case I wanted another opinion. I admired this kind of integrity.

I respect that Greg was willing to treat me fairly and honestly rather than risk making the situation worse to make a buck.
I ended up having other injections that went perfectly and I am very happy with the results. Their honesty and integrity earned my trust and my business that day and for the future. I recommend 100%. You can’t do better than Refresh.“

Started off great with a wonderful consultation with Carter, who listened to me and then offered some great suggestions with confidence and enthusiasm. “My massage with Jodi was beyond 5-stars! I had called about a week prior to see if I could schedule an appointment for an upper body massage, and she had an opening for the following week.Upon arrival, the store itself is very organized and clean, and they had great products and a ton of different high-end brand names from hair care (Oribe), to candles, to skincare (Patchology).. they had a little bit of everything.Before we went into the massage room, Jodi asked me about any concerns I had and wanted her to work on. During my massage, she definitely worked on my problem areas.All of the products she had used had a very light scent - nothing was overpowering or overwhelming which I really appreciate. The best part is I wasn’t left greasy afterwards. Although they aren’t a full spa, it was nice to not have to take a shower immediately afterwards because you feel oily. From what I could see in the massage room, all of the products were high-end as well (I.e. caudalie, etc).During the entire massage, Jodi kept a great pressure, [not too hard] but was soft at the same time. She was chatty in the beginning which was pleasant and comforting and then it was a relaxing silence. “I recently had an amazing massage here. I'd never had a traditional Chinese massage before, but the acupressure points felt wonderful to my tense muscles. the only thing that bothered me a little was there was a faint odor of cigarette smoke in the room, I'm guessing from the old carpet. I'd recommend they take that out to get rid of the odor, or at least have an essential oil diffuser going. but the massage itself was great. I'm glad to have this gem in the town of Clinton.“

“I had a great experience at this location. The receptionist was welcoming and explained the current specials as well as new products. Shannon was organized, hygenic, efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. She communicated in a timely manner when she was at more sensitive areas and needed me to breath in/out. It was a relatively pain free experience.
