Had some work done by Pennucci Construction. Mike was responsive and professional. He showed up as promised, assessed the job and gave us an estimate on the job. The job was scheduled within a few days, also as promised.
Autumn did the work and did an excellent job. She is competent, professional and showed great attention to detail.
Sometimes dealing with contractors is difficult and stressful. That was not the case with Pennucci Construction. We were happy with the work and the overall experience.
Walked into my laundry room one morning and heard a splash under my feet. Wasn’t at all sure about what to do. Called Pennucci Plumbing and the owner, Michael, picked up the phone. Listened to me and said it’s sounds like your hot water heater is leaking. He was at my house within an hour. Plugged the leak. Came back the next day and installed the new heater. I couldn’t recommend Michael any higher. He was responsive, on time and did a beautiful job. Thanks Mike.
I cannot say enough about the service he provided. He is so kind and respectful. He did work for my 80 yo mom. Fit her into his very busy schedule and came back on a Sunday to finish up. Honestly, he is just a good guy with good character. Rare to find these days. 1000 percent recommend. Very reasonable too.
