I went to Strive Columbus for over a year. First, to help alleviate knee and hip pain and then to build strength and flexibility in preparation for a total knee replacement. After the surgery I had rehab and then prep and recovery from total knee replacement. Everyone there was wonderful. They took the time to explain every step.
