Audrey has been a great asset in my journey of self discovery. She is inspiring and wealth of knowledge! Audrey is always willing to answer any questions I have! She makes herself available and is present when I am meeting with her. She has a very mindful and holistic approach when in nature and nutrition coaching. Can’t wait to be back on the trail with her again! She is a great leader while on retreats (and off the trails!). ❤❤

From helping to outfit me with gear, to leading the way and giving us space to explore and learn from each other. If you want to get outside your comfort zone, try a retreat and you won't be sorry!
