He also visit my property he was very detailed with his investigation and with the NJ codes. And he not only pointed out the problem for my issue but he also looked around and pointed out other issues with my property and recommended to make the changes to avoid any future issues. Got Tom's name from a good friend . We were having awful smell in our house in Jefferson, turned out we had standing water in the basement bathroom. Tom picked up on first ring on New Years Eve day. Was able to diagnose and walk me thru how to fix the problem over the phone without coming out. Saved me from spending money on a visit fee plus whatever else I may have been charged by another plumber. Amazing, such a relief to have issue fixed so fast. Thank you Tom!!
