“I originally hired Lamoureaux Contractors to replace my sub-floor. I had actually tried to rip out the sub-floor myself however, it ended up being too difficult as I found out later, it was glued and nailed to floor below it.

I was very impressed with, the owner (Andy). He did exceptional work throughout the entire process. When the floor had been ripped out he found some rotted wood that was part of the foundation that he had concerns about. He ended up replacing it at no extra cost to me.

I ended up hiring him again to replace my ceiling that wasn’t level and again he did exceptional work. I was very surprised how quality his work was considering how affordable he was compared to other quotes I had gotten. He worked until 830 p.m. Then he returned yesterday at 11 a.m. and finished at 630 p.m.We also had a lot of moss growing on the roof. We picked up a "soft-wash solution" and Ed spent 2 hours staying it on every square inch of the roof. (That kind service was not part of the contract, but Ed did the extra work with a smile.)The new gutters have given our home a facelift. I will never have to climb another ladder, as Tom guarantees that they will not clog.So. “RGB construction just removed and replaced my roof. I live in Woolwich Twp.NJ. This is the second time I used RGB. I checked RGB prices and they are still the lowest. I obtained two other quotes , one was $2,500 more and one was $5,000 more. RGB prices included 6 inch gutters and down spouts. And a 25 year labor and 50 year material warranty. Tom from RGB was incredible. The first time I used RGB was about 3 years ago, approximately 2021. Tom replaced a roof that completely blew off on my apartment building. RGB did a fantastic job. I currently had the roof replaced on my house and again Tom did a fantastic job. I had recommended RGB to my church, Saint Clare of Assisi and RGB replaced the roof on the church in Gibbstown. It looks amazing. Tom is equipped to do residential and commercial. I used RGB for both my commercial apartment building and my residence and I am completely satisfied. Told me if any spot showed through just let him know and he would come back and smooth it. No issues. I am actually getting ready to call him for another property I have now.“
