Do not waste your time. They cancelled and rescheduled my appt 3 times (2 emergencies and one ankle injury), showed up the 4th time without the materials to do the job and rescheduled for the next day, then no showed the next day and lied about it. They also asked my tenants for their phone number, despite me asking them not to do this and to deal only with me as the homeowner. To make matters worse, the day they did come, they opened an access panel and broke it without telling me. My tenants let me know after I fired them for not showing up. So, in summary, unless you want your time wasted and things broken in your home, then I highly recommend you call someone else...read full review
