Pat responded to my late night voicemail first thing in the morning, then came over to my home (which was occupied by a short-term renter), fixed my clog drain, and took my payment over the phone. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would do a good job without charging exaggerated prices, and I found exactly what I needed thanks to a recommendation from a friend who also lives in Brigantine.
