“Like no other chiropractic experience. They are not setting bones but realigning your nervous system. Your bodies systems that were not working properly correct themselves. As a result of their treatment, I stopped taking my GERD medicine and anxiety medicine. My nervous system has come out of a dysregulated state and my body and mind feel the difference.<br><br>I also had a partially dislocated SC joint (collar bone area) which was causing me pain and preventing me from sleeping. “Let me start by saying that I almost never write reviews. In this case I felt that sharing my story might help others who have the same types of issues and want some much needed assistance towards healing.<br>I have had back a knee issues my entire adult life. Since 2019 those issues had progressively gotten worse. I had shooting pain down both my legs, from my hip to my ankles. I was falling all the time due to nerve issues in my lower back. I did not want to go anywhere. I was exhausted all of the time because I wasn’t sleeping because of the pain. I was so busy working and taking care of my family that I was not making the time to address the pain until I had no choice.<br>I have been to other providers in the past. Some were helpful and for a short time I would feel better. Others literally were not listening to me.<br>In January of 2025, after a lot of research, I made an appointment to see Dr. Veera. At my first visit Dr. Veera did a full assessment and listened to what I was telling her. She also asked what is your primary goal. It was so simple “I just want to sleep” I told her.<br>Before seeing Dr Veera, my issues became so severe that I was not sleeping at all due to the pain, I would walk through my kitchen and my spine would shift ever so slightly and It would hit a nerve and I would fall to the floor. For years I also suspected that something was damaged in my knees and most providers I saw just sort of dismissed it. I also love snacks, which wreaking havoc and causing a lot of inflammation and making everything worse.<br>Within a few weeks of my first visit with I was sleeping through the night with no pain shooting down my legs. I haven’t had a fall since my first visit. I finally got an MRI of my knee. There is a tear and signs of arthritis. I’ve also cut back on the snacks and am feeling like a new person.<br>All of the issues that I went in to discuss are being addressed, and I’m making progress. I’m able to go for walks again. Six months ago I didn’t want to walk across a room.<br>Different methods and treatments are used to address your issues. It’s not just chiropractic as one would typically think of it.<br>After making some progress I was given some simple exercises to do at home to help increase my strength. I’m slowly getting back to the active person I once was. I now have the team at Optimum Health Chiropractic to help me as I continue on this journey.<br>Everyone in the office is amazing, kind, and caring. I have worked with Dr. Veera and Dr. John. Both are amazing.”

“I was referred here by my surgeon, Dr.Kubeck. After scheduling my first appointment (which was painless and extremely easy something you don’t see too often) I showed up to my first appointment and was greeted by an entire staff of happy employees. Something you don’t see in any field these days. Everybody there greeted me with a smile. The longer I’ve been there the more people know me by name, even if they don’t work with me personally and make a point to say hi.<br><br>My PT John, took his time, asked about my personal life, my hobbies, my job, my accident that put me here and has worked with me to keep me active while still being able to rehab my injuries at the same time safely.<br><br>This office comes across as a group of people who want to see me get better rather than, keep my injuries lingering that way they keep a customer in office. My health seems like a priority over my insurance company, which is something you don’t run into very often in the medical field. Everyone there seems like they’re doing it for the right reasons so with that in mind, I can’t say enough nice things about people that work here. I’m sure the day will come sooner than later where I won’t need the physical therapy anymore, but even if it is the case, I plan to still make a point to come back in the future to keep myself on the right track healthwise.”
