Chris DeSalvo is an absolute professional and incredibly knowledgeable.<br><br>As a personal trainer for over 45 years, my body started to feel like it was shutting down. I went to Chris because I was dealing with pain in my lower back and left hip. I’d been experiencing discomfort for at least three years, and I’d tried everything I could as a personal fitness coach to rehab and stretch my body.<br><br>Nothing seemed to work.
