“Cleared drain line. Toilet and tub were clogged. we had two technicians. The first one communicated there would be a guarantee for the work because we were Having the camera look into the drain. The second technician three days later said there is no warranty unless we do a jetting which was ridiculously priced at over $4000 for two drains over $2000 for the one drain that was clogged. so communications was poor and contradictory. We also felt the overall price was exorbitant.“

“so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters. Probably the biggest help of all was they were able to get us instant rebates through PSEG, which gave us such a massive savings combined with an interest free payment plan. We were not expecting that at all and it was such a huge help and relief we can’t thank pezz enough.“

“I was hesitant to write this review because I simply don’t want to share the secret - these guys are as real as it gets. Ken & Matt are the absolute best at their job. They’re professional and take care of your home as if it’s their own - they don’t cut corners.

Ken & Matt have installed high ceiling and slanted recessed lights, redone 30+ outlets through out our older home, updated 30+ switches, removed old electric wires/ dated electrical boxes. Our house has 3+ electrical panels and is not that straightforward. We’ve never had a problem that they could not fix in a reasonable time & fair price point. I can’t recommend them enough.“

CJ and Garrett came out right on time to install recessed lighting, whole house surge protection, additional outlets in various rooms, new laundry room lighting, and installation and mounting of my new tv with a recessed wall outlet. They also made sure I could get the tv all working before they left. They also tested other closets to see if I could have extra outlets installed and checked my wobbly kitchen ceiling fan. Due to heavy wet snow, a pine branch fell onto the electrical service cable pulling it down and taking with it a large panel of the exterior siding. Joe and Juan came the next day to assess the damage and provided a repair estimate within 24 hours.
