“Update- After an extremely positive experience with our electrical repairs, we stuck with One Call and had them replace our entire AC system. Was hoping to get through this season before replacing but of course, on one of the final hot days, the AC gave out. I initially tried to diagnose it myself but finally decided to call One Call and they sent a technician within a few hours. Dale arrived and checked everything thoroughly and in the end, as I suspected the best choice was to replace rather than try to repair an extremely outdated system. Dale was extremely friendly and professional and completely walked us through our options. Within a few short days, the team was back to install the system (they also arranged for us to have much-needed pull-down attic stairs installed). Mike, Julio and Keith were outstanding and professional throughout the installation and did an exceptional and clean job. Dale even returned during the installation to assist and brought our family donuts! Truly a top-notch company that we will both continue to give our business to and also recommend to anyone in need of electrical and/or HVAC repairs and service.
