“Cleared drain line. Toilet and tub were clogged. we had two technicians. The first one communicated there would be a guarantee for the work because we were Having the camera look into the drain. The second technician three days later said there is no warranty unless we do a jetting which was ridiculously priced at over $4000 for two drains over $2000 for the one drain that was clogged. so communications was poor and contradictory. We also felt the overall price was exorbitant.“

We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters.
