As a whole what sets this place apart is the little extra attention to service. For their regular manis they do a paraffin dip and always give you a nice little shoulder rub- not just one of those quick squeeze but a solid minute or 2 of relaxing shoulder work. The massage chairs in the pedicure stations also are relaxing, not all of these chairs are created equal! While I always get the new lala, I’ve heard that they include a hot stone massage with every pedi.“

She explained every step of the procedure, ensuring that I knew what to expect, which really helped alleviate any anxiety I had. As for the waxing itself, it was quick, efficient, and as painless as possible. Jelony used high-quality products that were gentle on my skin, and aftercare was thoroughly explained to ensure there were no issues afterward. I appreciated that she took her time to ensure everything was perfect, without rushing through the service.

What stood out the most to me was her attention to detail and focus on hygiene. Everything felt very sanitary, and I could tell she follow strict cleanliness protocols.
