It was the first time that a lash technician asked about my desired length and curl, showing me the various looks and outcomes, rather than just giving me the Groupon default. I have since been back twice for refills. For the 3 applications I had, the lash retention was the best I ever had. I am now going on 4 weeks without a touchup and it looks like I just had them done.
