“Bernards Eye Care really saved me when I had pain and severe discomfort in my eye that wasn't getting better. The office manager was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue on the phone. I had already been very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was so patient and kind, and she was able to get me in, despite the late hour. The other staff member was also very patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. Dr. Dente was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as he examined and assessed the problem with my eye. Everyone there really put me at ease, and I felt so much better by the time the examination was finished. I work in healthcare, so I appreciate and recognize the value of excellent customer service and patience (especially when the person is in pain or severe discomfort, which I definitely was).
