I chose Rivera Roofing to do our roof primarily based on Google Reviews posted. I can confirm that Steve Rivera is a very well organized business owner who communicates clearly and stands by his work. His crew arrived on time and worked thru most of the day to tear off two layers of old roofing. They had to replace about 40 boards which did increase the cost, but I saw the boards they ripped out and I'm happy to have new boards underneath our new Charcoal shingled roof. We had 6 inch gutters done the next day. I especially appreciated Steve coming out the day after to personally replace a gutter downspout which I did not feel was properly installed. Steve agreed and fixed it personally before I woke up the next day. I'm happy to recommend Steve Rivera Roofing. In fact, I told Steve the best review is the job they do, and I already have one neighbor that hired Rivera to replace their roof next week based on my personal recommendation of Steve and his crew and the actual job site which demonstrates their skill at their craft.“

Since we had no previous renovation experience, she spent a lot of time in educating us and helping us select the layouts, materials and designs. He is excellent at his job. We had opted for some fancy top cabinets (with new sensor technology for opening/ closing). There was an issue with them due to faulty mechanism provided by a vendor. John came out to review to property and work to be done, then provided the estimate, and had our job completed in a timely manner. The whole “team” works as a small family business that still pays attention to detail and quality of work. From Helene in the office to the crew who shows up to do the job. They all take pride in their work and it shows. Oscar, the foreman and his crew were heroic working thru the summer heat and humidity.
