The entire team at Inca from the on site staff right up through company ownership was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. We were left with a disaster when another pool contractor abandoned our job after demolishing our pool and leaving our property in a shambles. Inca came in and restored my faith not only the industry but also in the fact that there are still honorable, professional and descent people out there. Very cordial treatment, delivered exactly what was promised. Even after the job was done they are available for a consultation (during the busiest time of the year). It seems like all the normal things to expect from a pool contractor, but so many that don't even have a decency to return a call, Inca Pool folks stand out as an exception. From the project manager Charlie Jenkins to surface polisher Elija it was such a pleasure to deal with the whole crew.
