I would like to commend Ashley for making an exceptional effort on my behalf so that I could obtain my prescription. She contacted my doctor multiple times as they were not responsive and she made sure the prescription was approved for insurance coverage. Came here after a trip to Virtua urgent care for my elderly father and didn’t want to go to Jefferson due to some bad experiences. The wait was minimal, the intake staff was very nice, and the doctor… Dr Anne Miller is amazing. The woman is running the floor on her own and showing genuine care for patients. There are things about my father’s situation that are difficult and she addressed it with firmness, kindness, and humility. I am blown away by a doctor for the first time actually ever. We will take the extra 10/15 minute drive in the future to come here. Dr Miller, if you somehow read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
