Easy to contact and make appointments, unlike some of these megalithic medical practices where it is impossible to speak to a person and then when you do, that person has no idea how to accommodate a patient (client). Hometown feel.“

They haven't rushed and they've asked both my child and myself questions along the way (rather than just talking to me vs. my elementary-aged child). They also have awesome front desk staff. “I found Aqua Physical Therapy to be very beneficial because of the water buoyancy and water resistance. PT Carleigh was OUTSTANDING, and she made sure I maintain proper body mechanics to get the most out of my routine. And Austin was professional and made me feel at.home. “Ive been going to dr. Kwak for almost 15 years. I thought he was thorough back before he joined the MDVIP. Now he will spend at least an hour for my yearly and he addresses all of my concerns. The response time for anything else I may need is very quick. I do not love that he went to an MDVIP practice but I will stick with him. He is that good of a physician and they are really hard to find.“
